jr777 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "jr777", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the jr777.io platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the jr777.io website, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and all games, betting markets, promotions, and account management tools accessible via those interfaces.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and jr777 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

jr777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain a jr777 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jr777 does not permit gambling by any person under 21 years old, without exception.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be classified as a self-excluded player on the jr777 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or contractor of jr777, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when registering an Account or placing wagers.

jr777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and, where fraud is suspected, permanent closure without payment of outstanding balances.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, jr777 will close all but the original Account and may forfeit any balances held across the duplicated Accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information at registration constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure.

You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your Account to any third party. Account sharing is prohibited. jr777 accounts are non-transferable and personal to the registered holder.

jr777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for the refusal.

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

jr777 will never contact you via email, SMS, phone, or any other channel to request your password or two-factor authentication code. Any communication purporting to be from jr777 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your jr777 Account that is not shared with any other online service.
• You should enable two-factor authentication where this option is made available on the Platform.
• You must notify jr777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You accept that all transactions completed using your Account credentials are assumed to have been made by you unless you notify us promptly of a suspected breach.

jr777 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorised Account access where the unauthorised access was facilitated by the Player sharing credentials, using an insecure device, or failing to notify jr777 promptly of a suspected breach.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jr777 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jr777 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Under normal conditions, deposits are credited to your Account within 30 seconds of a confirmed mobile financial service transaction. jr777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile financial service account used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawal requests submitted during public holidays — including Eid, Victory Day (16 December), or Independence Day (26 March) — may take an additional 24–48 hours to process.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to a third-party account under any circumstances.
• If active Bonus Funds with incomplete wagering requirements are present in your Account, withdrawal of the real-money portion of your Balance may be permitted subject to the bonus being forfeited.
• jr777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000.
• Repeated withdrawal requests followed by re-deposit of the same funds (commonly known as "churning") may be flagged as suspicious activity.

jr777 will not process withdrawals to any payment account that differs from the registered name on the Player's jr777 Account. This is a security and anti-money-laundering measure that cannot be waived.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

jr777 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per mobile financial service account, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonus offers are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is displayed on the promotion page before activation.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds, after satisfying the stated wagering requirement, are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings not used or wagered within the stated expiry period will be removed from the Account automatically without notice.
• jr777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a Player, and to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, use of automated betting patterns to minimise wagering risk, or collusion between players to extract bonus value, will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a wager on the jr777 Platform — whether on sports betting markets, live casino tables, slots, crash games, or any other game type — you accept the following general rules:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. jr777 does not permit the cancellation of confirmed wagers except where a market or game is voided due to a technical error or force majeure event.
• In the event of a game or technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a round, jr777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the relevant Players.
• Odds and prices on sports betting markets are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled bet.
• All casino games on the Platform use certified random number generators. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed on the game information page.
• jr777 sets minimum and maximum stake limits on all markets and games. These limits may vary by game type and are visible before any wager is placed.
• Winnings credited to a Player's Account following a bet settlement are available for withdrawal subject to the standard withdrawal terms in Section 6.

For cricket betting specifically, jr777 follows standard industry settlement rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. In the event that a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or rescheduled, settlement will follow the rules displayed on the relevant market page at the time the bet was placed.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances at jr777's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same name or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software errors or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, tax evasion, or other financial crime activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any content, software, odds data, or game content from the Platform.
• Abusing the Customer Support team through threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

Where jr777 suspects Prohibited Conduct has occurred, we reserve the right to freeze Account withdrawals pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, all balances associated with the prohibited activity will be forfeited and the Account permanently closed. jr777 may also report relevant information to appropriate authorities.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability
